The customer service rep was extremely friendly and explained fully about the item we we purchasing. They had what we were looking for and more. I even bought one of the cups they sell and am extremely happy with it. Great store and great customer service.

Great product, great people. The store is very inviting and attractive. Would be easy to spend a long time in there, looking at everything. Will be back, but because I don't live in Kamloops, it may be a little while.

Very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. Answered any questions and introduced a variety of products without it becoming overwhelming. I now know more about the product I should look for and use, I have seen very similar products elsewhere for a bit cheaper price (Art Knapps has bulk sunflower seed chips for just a bit cheaper) but I will be back because of the knowledge on products and store inventory!
