I was able to use a coupon that I had earned on a previous visit but , more importantly, the item I purchased was in transit so Curtis kindly offered to deliver it when it arrived! They really go above and beyond for their customers!

It arrived quickly once ordered. I love the seeds and so do the birds. I liked the help I got when I asked for it. Kurtis is very nice to talk to .. It was fun getting a parcel at the door. I have been a bird watcher for years and the quality of all the food so far is excellent.

Kurtis and his wife at our local store are fantastic. They are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We visit the store often for merchandise and to talk birds since this is a new hobby for us. We are so grateful and fortunate to have Kurtis and Maggie in our community and sharing their passion with us.

Tha staff is always friendly and ready to help however they can. Issues I was having with the seed mixture I was using was discussed and a solution was suggested which I acted on. When I was seeking information which Kurtis didn't readily know, he took the time to find the answer for me.
