The staff wasn't clean or paying attention to the customers

The drive thru is more important than someone in line waiting on there food. Had a tostado, beans were placed on crunchy tortilla then put in the little oven. I waited 10 minutes for them to complete my meal but drive thru took up this time, by the time I received my food, it was very soggy and not good. Also couldn't find a clean table. There were only 2 other tables of customers in the restaurant and no one in line to order food. Women's restroom no toilet paper and was dirty. Dining area floor had food everywhere and the two trash cans at the entrance were overflowing onto the floor. I told the cashier about dirty tables, dirty floor, overflowing trash and no paper in restroom. He said ok, I hung around to see if someone would start to clean but that didn't happen and no one was in line to order food. The manager needs to take notice, people in our town have quit going to Cafe Rio, now I understand why.
