While on our way to Frostburg on September 15, we experienced a flat tire on the interstate.  We found our way to the National Tire & Service Center on 1701 Kingfisher Dr. in Frederick.  They promptly assessed the damage and replaced the tire in less time than it took us to eat lunch.  The staff was friendly and very helpful and saved a long anticipated trip for our group of senior ladies.
