Associate was super helpful and friendly. I waited for my oil change and it took MAYBE 15 minutes or less, it was really fast!

Explained that i would need new tires in the nee few months and brakes in about 4 months. That based on my car each oil change i should get a engine cleaner applied.. before this no one told me

The availability of the tires and ease in making the appointment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tires were installed mounted and balanced well. This location was unable to perform the alignment on my 2500HD Crew Cab Silverado because of its length. The staff did refer me to their alternate location.

I had a great experience at NTB this is actually my third time coming for an oil change. I finally decided to write a review because NTB has been a great service to me. The associates always take the time to answer all my questions and in a way I can actually understand it. That's not always easy at a repair shop. I get my car serviced with no issues and always get it returned how I left it. I want to shout out Alex for always explaining the safety reasoning behind repair decisions. It helps me make a more informed decision about my vehicle, thank you. I will be returning for my future vehicle services.
