The location is close to me, so that's a huge bonus (plus a Panera next door). The location is clean (granted, it's new, so we'll see how long it lasts...just go to any Mister Tire location). Staff is friendly and work was done quickly.

Have been going there since they opened and have used them exclusively except for one time when I needed an appt the same day and they couldn't fit me in. Adam, the Store Manager, always does a great job whether it be explaining the repairs, keeping me updated as the service progresses, actually showing me what's wrong the car, etc. Also, and maybe most importantly, I feel as if he's trying to save me money on repairs and that is extremely important. Extremely. That's what keeps you going back to a place. Have never had an issue with them and wouldn't think of going elsewhere and I'm someone who stopped going to Tire World after being a customer for almost 15 years, won't go back to Pep Boys after 1 successful and then 1 unsuccessful visit, etc. It's a great store.
