Changing my tire was quick and I got to see the process of how it is done. The technician worked efficiently and got the job done right. I don’t like waiting so I did not have to wait too long because he was focused. The advisor communicated well with me my options and pricing and got me in quick even without an appointment. I did not have to come back so that benefited me a lot.

The associate was professional and friendly. He ensured I chose an appropriate tire online (I did) and showed me a photo of a potential wheel issue that he took. Best of all, no sales pitch to try and upsell me on anything; just took care of the problem, which I greatly appreciated.

I was scheduled quickly for next day service and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I had a screw in the tire I purchased there about a year ago and it was removed and patched free of charge.

The only problem I had was with the scheduling. This wasn’t because of NTB. I brought my youngest sons car in for an oil change. He didn’t tell me until later in the day so I couldn’t get an appointment for earlier in the day.

The front office manager clearly explained what the problems were and gave us the information so we could make a decision on what to fix ans what to wait to fix.

I was told that my tires might not be covered under warranty and then I got a call saying that they were indeed covered under warranty!
