very friendly easy going staff. nice waiting area, good coffee. I even had a snack! (breakfast) lol The guys in the front was great. Also a huge plus for the environment that you recycle tires!!! love it! I was looking up this possibility when I scheduled my oil change!!

In and out with minimal time at the store. Tires were priced right and all the accompanying items needed for a tire change priced fairly too. Employees were friendly and accommodating during the whole process. Online needed some help with finding the tires. There seemed to be a limited selection or no longer sold on a lot of the tires I found. Why put them online if you don't sell them any more?

My Sprinter van had a slow leak in the left rear tire. I first went to Tire World, just down the street, where I had purchased tires before. The people there told me their equipment couldn't handle the job of lifting my van / RV. I explained that I had the same problem in another tire just a week earlier in Nebraska where the shop just used a floor jack outside their building to lift the vehicle and remove the wheel. Evidently, they didn't want my business. Knowing this location of NTB had just opened in the past couple of months, I decided to go there next and give you a try. Just like the shop in Nebraska, your people recognized that the height/weight of my vehicle might not fit the preferred lifting equipment in the service bay, but they said they'd figure out how to get the job done... and like the Nebraska shop, they used a floor jack in the service bay to just lift the van enough to take the tire off. Turns out, the nail/screw was through the side-wall so the tire could not be repaired. No worries; I had already decided if the tire couldn't be repaired, I would replace all 4 because they were nearing the end of the service life for RV tires. "Can do" attitude got the job.
