Easy to schedule the appointment. Started on the service shortly after my arrival. Service was completed quickly. Had a coupon so it was very inexpensive. Waiting area is the best I've been in. Not sure it will do it this time through, but originally it asked me how long it took for my tires, but I have checked "oil change" each time. Also later, it asks if I received an inspection of my car and I will again answer "no", but I specifically directed them to not do anything other than change the oil.

I was able to speak with a knowledgeable person who treated me with kindness and respect. Those things add value as well as the pricing on the tires I had ordered.

Friendly staff worked as a team. Comfortable waiting room with wide view to service area.

i came in at 8:00 for an alert light related to tires. I knew I had been putting off getting new tires. Service associate informed me of a sale, and could get the tires, and have them on in that morning. Any delay was done to getting the tires on site for the service. Thank you!

Jack was really amazing! He went about and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive. The service was completed at a reasonable time as well. All around, a very refreshing experience!

She helped me order parts and schedule another appointment to rectify the problem that the mechanic ran into, as well as gave me info and pricing dor another vehicle.
