I should have had a $73 credit in my account from my last visit when I bought 4 tires & a battery & soon after one of the tires' sidewall blew apart. I had already paid for the road hazard warranty but had to purchase a 5th tire. When I spoke to the manager he said I was correct & the tire should have been covered so he credited my account $73 which didn't make sense either because the extra(5th) tire was more than twice that amount. Then when I came in this time my account did not even show the $73 credit at all. The manager at this location helped the best he could with the situation which was appreciated. I'll still use NTB in the future. Thank you.

I was given a 1:00 PM appoint for alignment but I had to wait for 2 hours to get my car back. Initially they said it will take 45 mins but that got extended. I would appreciate if appointment times are respected and honored or compensate customers accordingly if turnaround times and appointment times are not honored for whatever reasons

The price seems to get higher and higher with each visit. It seems like the coupons don't make a difference. With the prices I'm paying I feel as though I should just take it to the dealer for my service

Did not get any updates of progress. I was told the car would be ready that day and it wasn’t. I had to call right before closing yo get an update as was told it would take another day. Did not get a call when the car was completed and ready. Again had to call. This also happened the last time I received repairs. Service was good. Communication of status not so good.

Would have liked to here a price breakdown for the services done to my car or if there were adjustments that could have been made on the products chosen to change my final price.

I felt like the associate helping me was incredibly confused by the pre-booking system...I already had the appointment with my service and payment info booked and yet it felt as though I was coming in fresh with no appointment - every step seemed a bit more difficult than it needed to be. As a result, I was confused about things i thought would be simplified via online booking (like payment, service type, etc.)
