I went out to my vehicle and found the glove compartment lying on the floor on the floor of the passenger seat. This never happened before. It was a simple fix that I completed in the parking lot of the store with no tools.

Was on hold on my original call for 20 minutes, hung up and called back later. When I called back to answer questions about additional recommended services, again I was on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called right back and the call was immediately answered. I suspect they forgot I was on hold.

Scheduled an oil change/tire rotation. The appointment was for 3PM. They started service at 3:45PM

Scheduled oil change with the free included tire rotation. Vehicle was returned without tire rotation. Explanation was that the tires didn't need it. I try to rotate the tires every 10000 miles. I think they forgot to do it, and didn't want to take the vehicle back to do the tire rotation.

Wanted tires that ntb carries and the website for the one I live by doesn’t even have tires available. But they really do when I got to the store

I have 2 Tire pressure sensors that don’t work. Replacing them was estimated to cost nearly $400. The associate explained that job takes 1.5 hours. I declined that repair due to the excessive cost. I realized later that my appointment was 6 and the store closes at 7. Seems a bit dishonest.

The beginning of the experience was great- the service was performed promptly- then my car sat out front with service completed but the servicemen went on break before letting me know it was completed and I sat in lobby for extra 30min for no reason

I set up my appointment online, as asked by the location because this would be easier as they are very busy. At the end of my service to get new tires I was told that there was no warranty on the new tires I purchased b/c I didn't "click" a box at checkout online and if I did it was a free warranty. But b/c I didn't "click" the box, I do not get any warranty on my tires. I do not understand why this just isn't given to you with the purchase and I am not getting a service b/c I was asked to make my appointment myself online and failed to click one of the 10 boxes at the end of scheduling my own appointment. Very disappointing at this policy and a way to treat a customer that drops $1000 over the weekend here. Many other stores around here provide better service at a better price. Saying this all, the gentleman who was working hard and by himself on a saturday was very nice and very professional. This is not on him, this is a complaint directed at your company policy.

If the service cannot be performed at your location do not recommend a 600$ service. Ball joints are 20$ parts and take only an hour to replace by a skilled technician. Offering to replace the entire control arm to resolve an issue for an inexpensive part is unnecessary. If I didn’t have the knowledge I would have felt forced into spending too much to fix the issue.
