The pricing I received when I scheduled the service online was not the pricing I paid for after the service was completed. Overall it was not a bad price but also not what I was expecting.

Scheduled a front end alignment as well as tires. Scheduled on line. Shop was unable to do alignment do to size of vehicle. Website should of thrown a flag to me letting me know they couldn’t do alignment. If I had know that I would of used a different company all together. Now I have to pay full price for a alignment when I could I’d had it discounted with the purchase of tires elsewhere. If you want to keep my business discount this visit another hundred dollars to pay for my alignment. Sincerely upset customer.

Do what the person at the front desk promised. I purchased a new set of tires and when I got home one was flat!! I don't belive this kind of service deserves a loyal customer.

First time I have ever taken my vehicle in anywhere for an oil change and left with both headlights not working.

Appointment was for 11am. I showed up at 10:50 am and desk associated stated "you're going to have to give me a minute, I am checking somebody out". After a few minutes, he asked me if first time bringing vehicle there. He asked what there for and I told him "full synthetic oil change including tire rotation". At 11:31am, I asked him when he thought my vehicle would be brought in. He replied "it just was", which it wasn't. At 11:35 it was brought in. I also noticed that another customer that arrived after me with the same 11am appt for an oil change had his car in before mine and done. I watched the car process and noticed that only an oil change was performed (no rotation..). When checking out, I asked and he said was not able to rotate because tire wear was too much, but was still going to charge full amount. I asked for a discount and he declined. After much debate, he did take off $. When I went to car and checked washer fluid, it was empty. I went back in and he said he "was sure it was topped off". Tech then came out and filled with 3/4 gallon. I would appreciate a call back at 301-788-8972- Jon Rock. May consider coming again if resolved. Very close to my home.

Took car for oil and filter change. NTB staff were unable to change filter. Had to pay for oil change with dirty oil filter. After speaking with several mechanics, it is clear that NTB did not have the right tools to dislodge used filter and replace with new one. I was forced to pay for the oil although left with dirty filter. Unacceptable.

Hoping to save others from being scammed. If this post is not allowed please delete and I apologize. I was completely scammed by NTB Store #616 located at 1701 Kingfisher Drive Frederick MD 21701. On Saturday April 30th, 2022 I dropped my 2000 Ford Explorer off for a brake diagnosis/fix. They called me that morning and informed me that it needed a small piece of hose on the passenger side and the total cost would be $255. First issue is that they charged me $80 in brake fluid!!!! Way overcharging me on the material as I can buy a big container for around $9, however, this is not the only issue. I was called and informed that they could not bleed the brakes because the caliper bleeder screw was not able to open. They said to fix the problem I needed to buy TWO front calipers ($250) and labor to put them on would be $400, so total for the job would be $890 approximately. I told them no I will pick it up. I paid to get it towed and got it home, took the tire off on the side they worked on, the bleeder screw magically opened with ease!!!!!! I honestly don’t even think they tried to open it because it was easier and more money for them to scam me. It took me a total of 30 seconds open
