It was easy to schedule service, the problem was diagnosed quickly, and the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. It was all very friendly, fast, and everything was explained well.

The guy at the counter, the one with the beard, is always professional and displays great customer service. I can't exactly say the same for the other associate I’ve dealt with there.

The staff were professional and understanding of my situation. I felt comfortable telling them any issues I had or asking any questions. The manager, Adam, I believe his name is, was incredibly helpful.

Very friendly upon entering establishment and highly satisfied with what they could do to get my car on the road again. I had slashed a tire when I hit a curb and was driving on a doughnut. I had my car on the road again in less than an hour and every associate I encountered while in the waiting room and out in parking lot was very nice, smiled a lot and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Great atmosphere!
