I was greeted at the door when I arrived. The check in process was very easy. During my visit I was told during the check of my vehicle that I would be needing four new tires and pretty soon I would be needing a new battery. The check out was as easy as the check in.

Chris explained what was done and what was needed. Kevin was courteous and helpful, considering dealing with several walk-in customers.
