My spinach enchilada had too much spinach in it and I usually don't complain about that. But the pork in my carnita enchilada was very dry and the wait was 30 minutes on a Thursday!! Also the server was not present when we needed her to be

Server was super nice and helpful. The food was just okay, when it's usually great. The steak fajitas are what I go for and this time they lacked flavor and tenderness. The flan was overcooked and tough rather than smooth.

The dip sampler was not as good as usual but it was late when we arrived there. Previous positive experience will keep us coming back and doesn't taint our judgement. Our waitress was kind but seemed a bit unsure of herself at times but I understand new employees so no complaint on her really. Manager took a bit long to "approve our coupon" but he may have been busy. I do like the texted loyalty coupons that sometimes arrive. No complaints in general is overall good experience.
