My son and I normally consider this restaurant one of our favorites, but this visit I was disappointed. The staff was not friendly, the temperature in the dining area was frigid, and one of my meats was cold.

Overpriced under quality food!

Awful, awful, awful! I was so disappointed with the service. We asked 4 times to change the channel up one( yes one channel!) to watch the Aggie baseball playoff game and the employee never got around to it. She wasn't helpful and kept saying "I'll work on it", "I'm getting to it," and then the worst excuse, "it's almost closing time and I don't have time to change it." During the total amount of time she wasted coming up with these excuses and talking on HER CELLPHONE, she could have easily pressed one button on the remote or simply given us the correct remote to change it. I used to love this place but now it's run by teenagers who have no business closing a restaurant at the end of the day. There was no customer service what so ever, and customer service is the most important thing to have in ANY type of business if you want loyal customers.
