The hotel is a great hotel with a great atmosphere. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The hotel has great amenities.

I was a Marriott Gold member but my room was an average room....no upgrade given. Very disappointing

Rooms are a little outdated however clean and lobby is nice. Rooms however need to be upgraded. We stayed at the one in Indy and it was super nice so this one was a little disappointing

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and our time there enjoyable. They had a happy hour that my husband and I took advantage of and a breakfast buffet the next morning that, though not complimentary, was absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that the pool was drained for some reason, and being able to use the pool was a huge reason we spent a night in a hotel in the first place. But, these things happen. Overall - wonderful experience and we would definitely go back.
