the question about likelhood of recommending assumes respondent recommends common food establishments to others. in my mind, that subject rarely comes up. If I were on the street all day shining shoes in a heavy tourist area WHERE I WAS ASKED, then yes - i would recommend this establishment.

friendly associates, good food. My only complaint is regarding the preserves to put on the bread and limited flavors. The blackberry preserves are WATERY!! It's like pouring them on the bread. It has been this way for a considerable time. And, where is the strawberry flavor that you used to offer? FYI, when I eat at IHOP, they provide Smuckers brand jelly, MUCH thicker and better.

The establishment was clean. The employees were kind and helpful. Lastly, the food was amazing.

Customer Service was great however there was a hair in my fruit but it was replaced immediately.
