There was flies and knots in the desert display. Floors needed to be vacuumed. Place was dusty.

Friendly cashier

The Hulen Street location seems better to me. It's more open and the staff is more attentive. We had to ask for our drink cups multiple times, for example. I'll go back to LA Madeleine, just not this location.

I like fluffy scrambled eggs. These eggs are not whisked while they cook, so come out pancake like. They taste very good, so I always buy them in spite of the lazy cooking. I wish the bacon was a better grade also. The coffee is always delicious and cream is always available. I know when I come the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. I had noticed the place was getting very dusty, but today it seems cleaner. There are a lot of people here today and it is noisier than usual. Pleasant noisier. The music seems louder which makes people have to talk too loud. Europe and Australia are such nicer atmospheres when out for meals as everyone uses their indoor voices. This offering for a free dessert is very very nice. I have eaten there since you opened and have never had a coupon of any sort, so thank you for that.

Missing one order of soup after waiting in line for awhile. Take out order & server did not seem to have any assistance to fill orders. She was filling orders, as getting soup herself , bagging it & taking payment from customer.

Presentation of avocado 🥑 toast was very plain for the cost. Outdide tables were very dusty

I just didn't get any food.

I am very satisfied with la Madeleine. I would 100% come back to la Madeline. Food was very delicious.

The salads were not visible. I prefer to see the salads when making my selection. Also, I felt a bit rushed going through the line.

It was a great experience and thankful it is open early.
