The ordering process was a bit confusing, the associates were talking and I could not find the correct register to order at. I am very happy with the food and I have always loved laMadeleine

Bathrooms are ALWAYS disgusting here and honestly the new updates have really changed the ambiance of the place in a negative way. It was nostalgic and “French like” the way it was- cozy and comfortable. They ripped out the beautiful terracotta tile and put in cheap laminate floors, not the best move especially in this area.

Staff was friendly. Cafe was nice. I came to work in the cafe and have a snack. Coffee was excellent.

I was satisfied just there was a bit of a mix up, and the food was amazing so a 10/10 for the food. The coffee was a bit tasteless but the lady at the counter fixed it. So overall a 9.4/10

Back dining room hot. Tables not very clean. Don't like the new counter service concept.

They remodeled dining area seems cold and 'regular'. It has lost the lovely ambiance it used to have; it felt like you'd stepped through a French door to another world. Now, it's just another restaurant.

Fix your buy one get one app. No where does it say only certain items in the bakery case other than full cakes. Interestingly enough the max price in add is exactly the max price of the cakes. This only leaves a bad taste behind.

The cashier was wonderful-energetic and friendly. I ordered the French onion soup which was served with neither the crunchy toast nor the cheese. I asked the server/attendant and he did not think it came with. I insisted so he went to check with kitchen staff and brought me a plate with 3 toasts and shredded cheese. By then my soup was cold so the cheese won't melt in the soup. The French onion soup, no matter which La Madeline I go to, is always super over the top salty. Maybe that is how it is supposed to be but I always dilute it with hot water. I have had it at other restaurants where it is not so salty. I love the decor and ambiance of the dining area-the wooden cottage look. I felt like my Croque Monsieur sandwich looked plain on the white plate-perhaps a lettuce garnish maybe? It tasted great!
