I wanted to sit in area away from front door and was only able to sit in the main entry seating area all other areas were closed off starting at 7:45 pm they didn't allow seating in other areas for anyone therefore it was constant cold breeze every time someone opened door. I was cold throughout my entire meal.

The ham and cheese Danish could have been warmer. The staff person might try smiling. CHARGING A SURCHARGE ON A SINGLE ITEM TO “OFFSET RISING COST” IS OUTRAGEOUS AND INSULTING, AND SHOULD BE ELIMINATED AT ONCE!!!!!

Either the cashier or the scanner equipment cannot consistently scan my phone to pay. We love the rewards system of La Madeleine. But if they can’t ring it up right it’s to no avail. You have encouraged customers to use the app so GET IT TO WORK

Personnel were emotionally cold. One individual who served food had uncovered hair down to their waist - not very sanitary. This is a change from the times we have been here previously.

It is just usually hard to get a spot at the restaurant. However today was not very busy. The temperature of the food was also a little to hot.

The person that was the cashier was more interested in talking to his fellow workers than he was in making sure he got our order correct. His attention was on what was going on in the serving area with other employees rather than making sure customers were the priority. It's ok to have fun and enjoy fellow employees, but not ignore customers trying to order or pay. Everything worked out ok with the order, but we kind of felt like we were more of an inconvenience rather than a customer.

Both my friend & I could not a CLEAN GLASS! Some had lipstick or lip marks on the rim; most simply did not look clean! One glass even had some food on the outside! Finally chose the "cleanest looking" one! Often times, even the coffee cups have telltale traces of earlier use. These must be clean!!

My soup was not filled up. The bowl I received was only half full, very disappointing.
