Walked in at 5:40 PM. No visible staff anywhere. Waited at carryout counter over 2 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen. Ran out of product - choc chip cookies.

It has been several years since I had breakfast here and I was very disappointed with the small size of the breakfast croissants. They used to be much larger and had slices of bacon instead of a few crumbles. The French coffee was still great, though.

surcharge is outrageous

I ordered 3 full size lemon tarts and received mini tarts instead

Prices continue to go up. ordering is not very efficient, and Items received do not always match menu description!

The holiday sampler was very bland. I expected turkey and dressing to be more flavorful. I had to ask about bread.

I saw that my bill was a little more than usual, but thought prices must have gone up. When I got home, I pulled my receipt out of my socket and saw the "commodity surcharge". Ridiculous!!!!!!!

I was not satisfied with my la madeline cafe experience because the time it took to order was atrocious, the grilled cheese took very long to come out, and our order was given to another table.

Charged me for the wrong things and it was so over priced

The food was overcooked and burnt.
