LaMad is known for their bread and I always get sourdough to go with my tomato basil soup. I was told by the cashier they were out of bread. I asked if she could substitute something and she said no. I later talked to the chef and he gave me some croissants to go with my soup. All is good, well maybe just ok.

This store seems to be having trouble with staffing, like many restaurants. The employees they have try awfully hard, but they are just understaffed and therefore there are wait times

Staff has changed and food to expensive.

I love the place here

Manager and team members are great! Need to hire more team members! Cafe needs updating.

The last couple of weeks has been less than satisfactory. But with this visit everything seemed to be back to normal. Need to see satisfactory some more before I could rate you any higher.

To go order did not include utensils. Or napkins

You got rid of the turkey and brie sandwich and it's my only reason to keep living, please bring it back.

I guess it was staffing. There was not a line but we had to wait sometime to even be greeted. Longer to place our order. Once ordered it went fine. One person doing many jobs.

Trio plate was not the same quality food as the last time I dined in. Also, I noticed the lettuce was very wilted. Lastly, the romanof sauce was super thin.
