The catering subcontractor neglected to include "on Croissants" as instructed on the order. Staff at all levels resistant to accept responsibility and make an effort to correct the deficiency.

The new system makes the line long and slow. If I wanted a slow order and wait restaurant I would not go to a bistro. One of the reasons we go to LA Madeline is QUICK and good food. And I want to SEE the food on the line! Surprised that the staff can remain so helpful and cheerful while being worked to death. This new system makes more work for them and then having to deal with unhappy customers is a lot.

The staff was not welcoming. No one greeted us when we walked in. Our order was given to us 32 minutes after we had a 1230 pickup. We arrived about 10 minutes early. Staff was very dismissive. My grilled cheese andwich was cold. My soup was cold. We were not given a drink. We had to get our own drinks when it's supposed to be a pickup. The staff member just slammed the cups on the counter and told us to pick up.

Ordered 4 chocolate croissants. Rung up correctly, but got some sort of chocolate petite pies. Picked these up for Valentines breakfast, which was ruined. I want my $15.16 refunded. Epic fail!!

I ordered 4 boxes of pastries via the app. 2 boxes of chocolate croissants and 2 boxes of assorted including almond croissants. In one box of the chocolate croissants were half crushed and generally looked ragged and underdone. I had one of the almond croissants from another box and is clearly left over from yesterday - it was stale and tough. Two of the boxes had chocolate smeared on the outside. I paid over $40 for nice pastries for my office. I feel I would have been better off buying $20 of donuts. I have been stopping at this La Madelines almost once a week this year. I am generally pleased with the product but this was just so disappointing I don't know when I'll be back.

I was told there would be burners, plates and cutlery for my order. There were no burners to keep the food warm, the only plates brought were super tiny - we were serving a full breakfast, and it sounded like I was lucky to get cutlery (but no stirring sticks for coffee). I had to have one of my guests run out to dollar tree (the closest store) to get plates. The catering staff said, we haven't had burners in a while and they should have never told you we had them. I had burners at my house and left them at home because the call center said they would be provided. I also have freaking plates. There really is no excuse for not providing plates. Your staff could have realized you didn't have proper plates and get them at the store before coming, or at least tell me to provide my own. For as much as I paid for a catering service, you guys caused me a lot of panic and frustration - at my younger brother's memorial. The staff member, who was very nice but didn't help solve any of these problems just apologized, told me the manager would be calling me today and I would be getting a discount on my order. I'm waiting to see if that actually happens without me initiating it. Shannon

I made a dine in order for a 1/2 Chicken Caesar sandwich and a side of fruit. The restaurant had very few people in it and it appeared third were no orders in from of mine. I inquired the stat us off my order after more than a 15 minute wait. I was assured my order would bee ready in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I left have in never being served my sandwich,
