Workers not trained and needs cleaning top to bottom.

The store is clean and welcoming. The cashier was not as friendly to me as she was the other customers. Not very welcoming . I frequent this place and normally I’m very satisfied. She was not very friendly nor welcoming . However she greeting the other customers before and after me with a smile and warm customer service

Food was ok. Grilled cheese wasn’t completely cooked but that’s fine. Just disappointing for the price point. No WiFi. When asked they said there’s nothing they can do to fix it.

I was happy to see Kendra, as I had not seen her in years. I was happy to bring my kids there for her to see them all grown up. However, there was a lady there working with her that was not as pleasant as Kendra. Her name was AD LA, I couldn't make out the other letter in her name, as it was worn out. She was not happy that Kendra was talking to us. She did not assist at all in taking our order and it almost seemed as she was waving us off. She was very short with us when we did interact at the register. This is not all what I was expecting and it did impact my visit.

The glasses were very dirty and nasty. I had to ask for a plastic cup because I was scared of how dirty the glasses were.

These were the worst strawberries I have ever had. I had to throw them out. They were not even close to ripe. I will most likely order a dessert again, but I will never order the strawberries again. A complete waste of $40.

When first calling in my order, I was told I would need to pay over the phone. Mentioning I was driving, I was suggested to pull over to give the card info. Once I was pulled over, I was the told she was unable to take my information. I hung up, proceeded my drive. As I went inside, the woman taking to go orders, was laughing and talking about me to the customer in front of me. I was in shock, placed my order and waited silently. Before leaving I requested to recieve the complimentary bread, TO WHICH SHE EYE ROLLED AND THREW BREAD INTO A BOX. My coworkers and I order from here for lunch frequently and due to this, we will be ordering from the 820/hulen location. My ticket says Melanie, so thanks Melanie.

Walked in at 5:40 PM. No visible staff anywhere. Waited at carryout counter over 2 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen. Ran out of product - choc chip cookies.

It has been several years since I had breakfast here and I was very disappointed with the small size of the breakfast croissants. They used to be much larger and had slices of bacon instead of a few crumbles. The French coffee was still great, though.
