I saw that my bill was a little more than usual, but thought prices must have gone up. When I got home, I pulled my receipt out of my socket and saw the "commodity surcharge". Ridiculous!!!!!!!

I was not satisfied with my la madeline cafe experience because the time it took to order was atrocious, the grilled cheese took very long to come out, and our order was given to another table.

I was sad to learn the management & catering team had changed at this location. I had enjoyed the assistance the catering rep offered when it came to orders. For this order I was advised to just fill it out online. I was wanting a Caesar salad without chicken and there was no option for that online. I had to put the request in the comments and hope the kitchen paid attention. I will order again if requested, but I won't select La Madeleine if picking caters at random.

The underside of tray I picked up was covered in jam. The Quiche Florentine was room temperature and quickly became cold. The quiche crust was thick, hard, and dry.
