My order was wrong. I sent it back. By the time it was ready the rest of my family done with their meals. I asked to just take the entree off the ticket but that was taking forever so we just left. BOOOOOOOOO! It wasn't that busy. The girl at the counter was nice but the manager wasn't up to par.

Caesar salad in smaller container and I could only get the to go prepared salad instead in the past where they would make salad me from the line bowl. Lettuce was not fresh but brown. Also she told me they out bread and cannot bake amd slice anymore at 600 PM. Then she proceeded to charge me 64 cents for dressing when the 2 ounce container was only fill half way up. La Madeline quality no longer match their elevated prices. Pandemic is over stop rationimh and. hiding the complimentary bread.

All was great except I received no salad dressing for my spinach strawberry salad… totally ruined my lunch because since it was to go I had no dressing on my salad… very disappointed.

The atmosphere was not welcoming, nor were the employees particularly enthused to be there. I understand that it is lunch rush, but they did not seem to want to be there at all and made me feel like being a customer was making their lives harder.

This store has declined in recent months. One morning they were out of French coffee and they hadn't even noticed and didn't have any brewing.There were less than 5 patrons in the store at that time. I requested a refund for my to go order and they told me to just wait for the coffee to brew. I stated again that I wanted a refund. The manager said refunded the coffee to my mobile app. Not even an apology.I never rec'd it. This past visit I ordered extra dressing (via app) for my Caesar salad. When I picked up my order I noticed it wasn't in there. I waited in line again to ask about it. The cashier told me she didn't include it because it cost extra. I've never paid extra for that. I understand policies change but I feel like she could've included it and told me they will charge in the future. I pointed out that there isn't a place on the app to pay for extra dressing and I didn't think they should've omitted it from my order. She never answered, explained, etc. I proceeded to order the extra dressing for which she then charged me $.49. I understand that it is hard to find/keep workers but this was unacceptable. Is there different management lately at this store?

The food presentation was not at all what I’ve had in prior visits. The guy behind the counter rolled his eyes when I changed my quiche order.

Staff were talking with each other without acknowledging me. They clearly looked over at me numerous times and still did not acknowledge me. An employee from the back said something and then hesitantly someone came to hand me my order that was already in a bag ready to go. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.

For at least the 3rd time items were missing croissant and potato from breakfast I did look this time but thought it was I. The container it was not !

One of the items I ordered was Strawberry Romanoff. The order did not include the Romanoff. Second time in a roll that the order was lacking and item - I suppose I should check the order prior to leaving the restaurant but I kind of expect you would do that.

On line order was wrong. Delay in getting it right was too long, so tried to cancel original only to be charged for both it and its replacement. Looking for way to get credit on line.
