This is the second time in the past four week that items on the menu are not available! I was told that corporate is not ordering certain items because of cost!! Yet prices keep going up for whatever is available PLUS a surcharge for the total! I am extremely disappointed!! La Madeleine has been my favorite Sunday brunch place for years; I guess I'll have to find a new favorite that might serve what is on the menu!!

For a few years now, my wife and I have enjoyed the Cafe Parisien sandwich on baguette. However, recently the sandwich is being made with some large, flat, soft roll; it is not good. The roll is ready, each bite tends is clump up together and doesn't have the texture or flavor of the baguette! The Parisien was our favorite lunch item; why have you changed it? If this is a permanent change, I'm afraid you have lost much of our business! Is the problem that it is too expensive to use the proper bread? I notice that the menu still shows baguette. False advertising ?

(1) I ordered several items including two salads but only received one. (2) When placing my on-line order, it is always hard to find "chips" - when using the search "chips" does not show up. (3) I generally order a Chicken Parisien Sandwich - it used to be served on a sour dough baguet and the last couple of times it has been served on different bread - not as good.

I have been eating here for years .The omelets have always been good. But recently there has been a new cook. They are not good please bring back Kevin he was the best.

I was excited to be returning to la Madeleine but sorely disappointed in my visit. My coffee was cold. Going thru the line was a challenge to understand the servers and I felt demeaned by one in particular who yelled at me. Others were polite. I asked for crackers and was told "we do NOT have crackers" which left me rather dumbfounded but offered bread instead. The bread was pleasantly served but cold, butter was frozen. The soup, Tomato Basil, was so thick it was like a paste rather than a soup. The dressing on the spinach salad was so tart I couldn't eat it. Overall I was highly disappointed in my $15 meal.

I ordered Quiche florentine. It was different than normal with tomatoes in it and it was not cooked all the way. The crust was doughy.

Too long to order our food. Too long to pay for our food. Order instructions not clear and staff not helpful in ordering. Too packed in store to move out of the way. Food was not bad but not great.

The cashier was unable to ring up my order. She could not get the rewards app to work. She wanted me just to use a credit card. I insisted she try the other computer. After a long long long long time she got it to work. She needs more training on the computer system.

A few issues that made this visit less than satisfactory: -lots of dirty tables at 5pm and unprepared for a light dinner rush. -I ordered tea and neither mango nor regular were available, both completely empty. If drinks are gonna be charged at 2.59 (way overpriced) for it to be unavailable for half my dining time (15 out of 30 minutes). Ultimately, no one seemed to care nor did they seem attentive to incoming dinner rush.
