Emily and Jackie provided excellent customer service and we're very knowledgeable about the menu. As it was my first time at this establishment, it was much appreciated. They also offer a military discount.

The restaurant has been renovated so it was good to see the new look. The service at the cash register was excellent. I enjoyed the delicious food!

Absolutely phenomenal

The la Madeleine Cafe we visited was one that had been recently remodeled. Everything was clean, brightened with light colored floors and wall, new pictures and remodeled bathrooms. The rearrangement of the pastries as part of the overall ordering process is genius as what can tempt someone hungry more than French pastries. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and the manager was attentive.

New manager Wil, someone we have appreciated in the past when visiting the Arlington location. We love the remodel. The freshness is great. The new seating outside is greatly appreciated.

Adela had problems ringing me up. I never got a number to set on my table. After 30 minutes I spoke to Wil, the first person I could find. I told him I never received my food. He got it right away and brought it out to me. I'm not sure what kind of system you have but it's as if my order was never turned in to the kitchen! Wil was fantastic! He took care of my order immediately. You should be proud to have him on your team. Clearly customer service is #1 in his book. He deserves a raise! I wish there were more people like him in the world!

I really enjoy my visits to LaMadeleine. The staff is great and the food always fresh and tastes great!
