Your employee, Erin Smith, placed this order for me since I could not figure out how to order it online for delivery to my home. I greatly appreciate the time she took to help me. And when she delivered it the day before Thanksgiving I was immensely relieved. So many places use non-employees to deliver their items, I feel the company loses a great connection with their customer. So many of these 3rd party deliverers need to be employed and properly trained and truly represent the company. Erin is wonderful, smiles, talks and made me feel wonderfully embraced by La Madeline.
