The Chicken LaMad recipe must have changed? The presentation and appearance of the chicken and green beans was disgusting. The beans look like they came from a frozen bag and the chicken looks like some type of “meat” but definitely not appetizing. The pesto pasta couldn’t have been more bland and boring, not to mention the portions have become what one might expect on a kids menu. Good luck with this new approach to classic french bistro cooking….you’re gonna need it.

We order lunch which was great. No complaints about the soup or the sandwiches. My problem was with the lemon tart we took home. It was old, stale and awful. To serve it made me realize that this location values sales over quality products. I won’t be returning here.

Part of the meal was missing. After going all the way back, the lady running the cash register was rude and dismissive about it. I was polite, even thanking her at the end to which she replied with a huffy, "yeah" instead of a simple " sorry for the inconvenience."

I just needed to pick up a fruit tart and unfortunately they didn't have a separate line for to go orders. So I had to wait in line with about a dozen people ordering dine in. Not Happy At All

Flying bugs in the display case around the pastries !! Bad bad bad!! Afraid to get one out of there. Glad they grabbed it off the fresh tray

I have eaten at La Madeleine many times over the years, and the food was always tasty, but today it fell far short of my expectations. The Quiche Lorraine was cold and looked and tasted exactly as if it had been purchased (frozen) from a supermarket and heated for sixty seconds in a microwave oven. The cream of mushroom soup was cold, too. And, it looked as if the ingredients had "separated". Overall, today's lunch was a very disappointing experience.

My cookie was hard and the pecans had a funny taste. Some of the pastries looked dry and old. Multiple tables dirty and the staff was just standing around and it was not even busy.

The young lady that took my order was VERY unfriendly! No smile, No Thank you! Irritated when I asked for Jam and butter! The person who prepared food was friendly however I did not like the way she handled my food as she tossed my food in the bag. I later, when I got home found out my food was over cooked. The toast was so hard it was like eating a large crouton. They did not bother to butter the toast. The spinach quiche was over cooked. It was dark in color as well as dried out in texture. The restroom was unkept, needed to be cleaned up. This location experience was poor and quite dissatisfying overall.

The Commodity Surcharge is my complaint. This extra charge is very dishonest, I won't be coming back because of this

The salad person needs help at main lunch times. No bread at the check out they told me to check with to go people and they said they had no bread and I asked ‘at all in this whole store’ and she said yes. Then during my meal a co-worker went up and asked for bread and received it.
