The espresso machine is ALWAYS broken. The last 3 times I've ordered coffee I have been unable to get it. It's very frustrating

This is a very unfriendly location. My order was wrong. Most of the staff is very rude including manager.

I received an email that stated I would receive a free drink with purchase. When I purchased a pastry and a coffee I was charged for both. Since I used the app to pay I didn't notice I had been charged for the drink until after I got home and was filling out this survey.

The reward system has changed and no communication was provided regarding it. I’m told I can’t get my points and will have to download a new app. Why isn’t this information stated when I open the app?? There is confusion at the locations and causing dissatisfaction at your restaurants

I was highly satisfied. I don't know why you are asking this. I see no way to go back in this survey, so I don't know what went wrong. The fact is I was highly satisfied with this visit.

I asked the gentleman for a bag of white bread due to a an allergy with wheat. He proceeded to hand me a bag of bread that had wheat bread. I asked if it had wheat in it and he said yes. I asked him again for all white bread because I couldn’t have wheat. He then proceeded to try and just remove the wheat bread, after he rolled his eyes at me and huffed. I asked for some white bread that had. Not been in the same bag as wheat. He rolls his eyes again and stomps away to get the white bread. He was very rude and tried to give me something that I’m allergic to 2x after I have already told him about it!! I am very disappointed and I don’t believe I will be back. If you can’t care enough to help your customers and make sure they are safe and not in contact with something they are allergic to I won’t be back.
