I loved being able to order everything online and make payment. When the order arrived it was set up and all I had to do was receive our guest. The food was fresh and super yummy. Thank you for making out lunch event a success. Thank you to Juana the person I who brought our food.

We enjoy the sense of community here and love seeing the familiar faces who work here. Great food, great service.

The food is awesome, staff is nice and friendly. But, during my last 2-3 visit near the drinks and condiments area there is a strong smell of urine present in that area.

Food was great. Customer service was fast and excellent. Food came out fairly quick. Restaurant was nice and clean.

It was an enjoyable experience as always.

Let me say one thing first: you always ask was a manager visible, I am forced to answer the question, there is no NA. However how would I know who is the manager--perhaps this individual should wear a sign around his neck? Please remove the question or tell customers how to see the manager. Thanks. I just love la Madeleine. Especially Fall and Winter with the fireplace. I like the food, staff are friendly. It is better than Starbucks to sit and do computer work. I am particularly pleased with the last visit, the chef was able to understand exactly how to serve Eggs over Medium Well.
