Excellent customer service. The staff was very friendly.

Always delicious and hot food. Love seeing Charles and the group here every Saturday. I appreciate that the French music is back.

First off customer service is great. Second how fast the food came out. And third the vanilla yogurt parfay is the best I’ve ever had!

My server was very nice and pleasant. The store was busy, but I still was attended to in a timely manner, and not rushed, even though it was my first time here.

It was another lovely visit to my local La Madeleine. I love the Arlington location the most due to its ambience and friendliness.

You finally changed the way you order the food… yes!!! Hated the old way. The lady that took my order was really nice and helpful. There was a manager(?) that was also walking by that took time to answer a question. Always like the employees here.

The omelette was delicious - hot and fresh. The coffee was a good complement to my omelette. The service was excellent.
