The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

Young lady taking my order is always chipper and friendly. Always almost has the order down pat. Charles is always on top of things, although some days show he is spread a bit thin. He keeps things humming. The cook has the best crispy bacon in town. The baguette can be hit and miss. Some days doughy, other days perfectly hot and crisp.

The desserts are always consistent.

as always, our experience with La Madeleine was excellent, although the store we went to today was on the other side of town, not our usual location. All went very well, as we were hosting an outing with another couple. thank you for great food and service.

The cashier went above and beyond to help us out. We will be returning because of her efforts. I have never had such great service from a corporate restaurant. This reflects well on the company. Thanks

Karen was a good employee

We preferred the cottage look that made lamad feel warm to the modern remodle making it hard to hear from echoing noises. Other than the remodel, the employees are great, the food is great and we are very happy.
