We especially enjoy coming to this location. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Today Karen waited on me and very helpful helping me to understand the new loyalty system.

I love eating at La Madeleine because the ambiance is very nice and there are no distracting televisions. It is hard to find a nice place where it is possible to have a conversation without loud noise and distractions. I like the coffee, the food, and the music.

The hostess at this site was very professional, knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. The hostess was also well-trained for the launch of the new app.
