I was able to place my order quickly. Utensils and napkins were readily available. A couple of tables needed to be wiped down, and a younger female employee was on her phone on the line, so she could have been out helping the other gentleman clean if she was that bored. She did not wash her hands after touching her phone, and then she moved to prepare pasta. My food came out quickly, thankfully prepared and delivered by a different employee. The order was accurate and hot, and always a great value.

The employees of this store are always friendly and helpful. The food is always very tasty and hot. The packaging is so great! Nothing ever spills in my car and they help me take it out of the store. The person who is in charge of catering knows me by name and I appreciate the goodwill and partnership I feel with this store. They are always helpful!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had not been to la madeleine in a few months and was pleasantly surprised to see it had been remodeled. It is now airy and seems to have more space. The food items are attractively set out in the cases.
