I love the food. Service is always great. Atmosphere is very welcoming.

It was right after opening, so it was clean and smelled like bread! There was no line, so very easy to pick up some pastries for my daughter's 13 birthday breakfast. Fresh! Asked for tip on the screen, but not pushy. Pastries were a bit expensive, but not overly for this occasion. This location (N Arlington) has always had great, reliable staffing when I've visited.

Welcoming, customer service, quality menu

Juana is a rockstar! She is always on time and has a smile on her face. She makes sure that any questions I have are answered and takes good care of us every time we order catering for the office.

Everyone was nice & professional. I was greeted and helped the second I walked in the door. Love the food but we miss the spinach friend and the chicken cordon blue pasta so much.

You no longer have trays to put your coffee cup, water glass, silver ware. Butter eat on to bring to your table after placing your order. This means you have to make multiple trips to get all you need before you can enjoy your meal. Several other friends of ours have mentioned they do no like not having trays.

Food is amazing

The order was accurate and on time. The food is consistently good. The employees are friendly and welcoming. They did not make me wait.
