I have a unique order. I appreciate that the employees are patient. They got the order just right.

La Madeleine has the right combination of a welcoming atmosphere and delicious, fresh food. I like to meet friends there, but also go in to work or have a friendly meeting with colleagues. I always feel I can stay as long as I like. And the food is fresh and tasty, with a good variety of choices.

Alyssa is one of the workers that know my order she asks me how myself and my family are everytime I see her. The restaurant is always the right temperature and clean. Even the restrooms and that is a big plus!!! But being a nurse and working long hours to stop here on my way home has always been great.

The order was accurate and delivered on time. The lady who delivered took the time to double check the order as she unpacked it and asked me where I would like it set up. Excellent customer service.

Charles is so on top of it that he recognized my order was wrong. I order the same thing nearly every week. He immediately got the problem fixed, and then some. Alyssa had it punched in correctly, but over-medium became scrambled. First time ever. No big deal, but they more than made up for it.

Employees at the order area were speedy and very helpful. The person delivering the food and busing the tables goes up and above the usual employee, I think his name is Charley.
