Everything was great

My server was very good, polite to me. My meal was yummy. I love the ambience of this cafe, and I love that it has a fireplace, and that the fire is going on cool/cold days.

I visit this cafe very often. Today, the table I went to sit at was cleared off but dirty. i had to wash it and wipe it and wipe it myself. The bathroom wasn't as clean as usual. I asked for some bread and jam and the associate acted like she was rationing it out. Had to ask for more.

The Collins Street location is my favorite. Employees already know me by name because I frequently pick up orders. Super nice and meal is always perfect.

I love the location. Always great, friendly customer service. Great ambiance.

I already like la Madeleine, and the food and service as very good, just as I expected. It is within walking distance of my house. The other people with me liked it too.

Love the environment

The food never disappoints - always good. The servers are always friendly and helpful. The ambience is delightful. And, it's always clean, especially the restroom.
