I requested not to cook scrambled eggs hard and they were Perfect! Customer service was friendly and inviting.

Today I encountered a stellar server, Alyssa, and was also greeted by the manager, feeling welcome once again. Alyssa has great customer-service skills, was attentive, and prepared my salad sampler with love and care; it tasted fabulous. [I have been a client of la Madeleine since the first store came to Arlington, Texas.]

Overall, love La Mad food and the cafe ambiance is welcoming and charming. I come in often to have lunch and work. One note: Some sandwiches are on the menu as having baguette bread, but then get served on a cold ciabatta roll. I prefer the baguette, and these should be toasted for a hot sandwich.

Although I did not comment to the managers today, I have previously. Espresso maker has been out of order for probably two weeks or more. Boo!
