Two things really stood out to me: Although they were very busy (it was 12:00 noon - go figure), the lady preparing our meal was still friendly and engaging while she hustled to fill our order. Instead of making us go fetch the dessert we ordered, the cashier lady took the opportunity to hustle back to the pastry area to get it while I was scanning my phone to record our visit on the La Madeleine app and paying with my credit card.

Only one sentence: ordering and pickup went smoothly with no complications.

The food was good, fresh, and fast. The girl at the takeout counter let us order for dine-in even though we forget to go through the line. Everyone was very friendly.
