The music is too loud. Before the remodeling the music that was playing was calming and at a low volume. Now, it’s too loud and as if it’s different music the opposite of calming. It would be great to have this changed.

I had to wait a long time to order, and yet again they were out of the new pastries I have been wanting to try. The last time I ordered online they were out of everything I ordered, so I went in the cafe this time. My sandwich (chicken Caesar) had a lot less chicken and salad on it than usual, and the lettuce was really wilted, brown, and gross.

I love La Madeleine and eat here just about every week, but they really need someone responsible for drinks station! Last visit I waited too, too long for tea, and this time it took way too long to notice there was no ice.

The ham and cheese danish was not the same taste as a ham and cheese croissant. Ham wasn’t smoky and dough not made with enough butter.

The cafe was very comfortable. The lady taking my order seemed grumpy and not wanting to help with my questions. The lady who brought me my food seemed too much in a hurry. she skipped over asking me if I needed anything. It seemed rehearsed rather than friendly.

Here recently when we got our coffee cups they were dirty- lip stick stains on the rims.

Although the experience was great, there was times where the equipment such as the ice machine was faulty. The staff was great and had exceptional moods when attending and when bringing up the ice machine, they quickly fixed it.
