The palmier that I purchased was very hard. It should have been fresh since it was in the morning, but I believe this one was from the prior night. Could not go back to speak to a manager since I took it to go and was far when I realized it. Very dissatisfied.

They are very cordial and respectful.

First, the facility was so dark I didn't realize they were open until a patron walked out with a coffee. It also seemed dark inside - it was a cloudy day. It was a non-event at this location. The staff seemed relatively indifferent to me as a customer. The quiche was lukewarm, but otherwise reasonable. The friendliest person I met was the person charged with refilling the coffee station - nice smile, friendly and willing to engage.

I tried to order through the app, however it kept saying there was a network error and I was not able to order through the app on my phone. I had to log in to a pc to place an order.

You've started adding a commodity surcharge on all orders...which seem very cheap . It's particularly irritating when I have a complimentary pastry and then am told that I owe $.54. Why don't you just increase your prices afew cents and eliminate this irritant. I don't know of any other restaurant that does this.........particularly on a free item. Whomever came up with this idea is NOT a customer service oriented person........Very bad idea.

The petite salad was exactly as described..petite.

Friendliness of associate when ordering. I greeted her, she wasn't rude, just not that welcoming.

Food was bland

When I ordered my entree, I made a specific request for mushroom sauce to be put on my chicken, which initially wasn't done. Then, I told my server, who to her credit got me an extra cup. Also, there were several leaks in the ceiling that were close to the silverware and drink counter that didn't need to be there.

The muffins are smaller than usual
