I like the atmosphere to work on my laptop using the complimentary Wi-Fi. I particularly like the self service for coffee as I like my coffee piping hot so I only fill my To-Go cup at not more than one- fourth full. I can drink that while it is still piping hot. When I reach a break point in anywhere from 15 or 20 minutes to an hour or more I have a good excuse to stretch my legs and refill my To-Go cup one quarter full with piping hot coffee.

I was satisfied with my experience and with the cleanliness of the cafe. Will definitely return soon and order something new.

Great service, friendly staff, tasty food & desserts

The ease and polished functions of the mobile app (iPhone) made ordering for To-go seamless. No lag or slow transitions in the app. I made a request for tomato and lettuce in the comment field that was followed to the tee. Overall great service and mobile app function. The sandwich and salad were up to the La Madeline standard that I always expect. Order was fulfilled quickly as I chose the ASAP function.

Brandon and his staff mostly new have done an outstanding job . Food Delicious, never disappointed. I'm a regular.

Prompt, friendly, relaxed and jovial is how the attendant was plus she knew what she was doing. The atmosphere is welcoming and that's always a good thing
