we place a to go order every 2 weeks. this is the 2nd time we were missing an item on our order. Although they were quick to make amends on my next order. It is inconvenient for us to go back to the restaurant to pick up our forgotten item

We ordered an “over medium” egg and specifically told them we wanted the yellow runny and the white cooked, but the yellow was cooked solid. Also, the medical field experts tell us that the coronavirus is so small that it passes through masks. Please have the cashier take it off so we can understand what she is saying!

The foold was great. It was often difficult to speak with the catering team. Several times I called and was told they were not there until after 2pm-- I left call back numbers and was never called back.

Food not hot. Portions inconsistent. Missing free bread that was once available.

My quiche was not really hot nor warm. The lettuce for the Caesar salad tasted as if the extra moisture had not been spun off- almost like it was too wet. The mushroom soup was hot but it had a curdled texture- not smooth and creamy. I saw a woman ask for a plastic cup because she couldn’t find a glass that looked clean. I had a coffee to go so I had a paper cup already.

The glass we received was visibly dirty. The mimosa was eh but my food was still good. I was Satisfied but not highly.

She forgot my salad. I asked for it later and she gave me a salad to go.

The only problem that I am having is that every time I order coffee, instead of hot it's warm, even when they replace with another pot of coffee.

The food is consistantly good and employees pleasant
