la Madeleine

It is normally a delightful visit when my co-workers and I go to this particular LeMadeleine restaurant. Business seems to finally be returning to normal levels, very glad!

Great service

THE PASTRIES where outstanding, the associate who took my order (Juana) was professional and courteous. I also talked with Charlie who provided me with a sample of an item I had never tried.

Feels like a new wonderful experience every time I come here.

manager was visible and order was spot on. even the guy picking up plates and busing tables did a great job.

When I entered the restaurant around 12:30 pm, it was not busy. I chose a table to sit away from others. The floor underneath the chair was full of crumbs from previous customers. Our two transactions shared the same number put on the table. When a female associate brought us the first half of the orders (2 dishes), she tried to take the number on the stand away. I tried to explain that we still have the other half (2 coffees). She did not wait till I finished talking and said that was not her department. This went on for two times before I could tell her that the coffees were on the same number. Then she stopped trying to take that stand away. To me, she was a little rude and I felt not respected.

My Hot Chocolate was warm. The crepe Lamadeine was cold.

Food temperature. The chicken friands & quiche is seemingly always lukewarm to cold when served. The soup and salad were very good.
