Food gets cold quickly if not on a warmed plate. Cold fried eggs are not too great. Toast was too crisp, tended to crumble when bitten into. Bacon was really hard. Not up to usual standards.

Ladies restroom SMELLS really badly!!!

Non attentive employees taking orders. Took way too long for the food. Took numbers without orders being complete.

The toast appeared to have been made from old bread, and appeared to have mold on it.

I believe la Madeleine should offer turkey sausage and bacon option from pork.

Friendly staff and very clean restaurant

It can be better service. Location was busy.

The Decaf coffee was barely warm. I mentioned it to waiter. She was gong to make a free pot. I waited. I asked again. By the time my coffee came I was already done with my food. It took about 45 min or longer before I got my hot coffee.

The restaurant was very chilly! But the food was hot, that helped.
