To many steps with "to go" phone orders. My options are pay with credit using your call center or options #4 for actual location? Please consider using a different container for "to go" salad dressing. Medicine cup sized containers is never enough dressing.

I fill these out all the time and I've never seen any change. The glasses are always covered with lipstick and I have to wash my glass and silverware in the bathroom before I use it. As long as I've gone to this location they've had a gnat problem. I swatted gnats away at the drink bar and I swatted them away at my table, so they're everywhere. The food isn't as good as it used to be. It's a bit tasteless. And outlandishly expensive. I will not be able to afford this much longer. The bread is usually too burnt to eat it. When I walked in yesterday the place was empty, but half a dozen tables had dirty dishes on them just sitting for the gnats. Some weeks the food is good and those are the weeks that trick me into coming back again. They never decorated the place after the remodel and I'm still irritated that they replaced the real wood furniture with plastic tables. They don't even play French music in the dining room anymore. Nothing about this place feels like a French bistro. It's completely lost its charm. But I do like the fireplace and it's usually quiet so I can think in peace. There are no other options, so I just keep coming back. You've got me till I find a replacement.

My food was not brought out at the same time as my wifes. It was brought to someone else by mistake making my food late.

Mobile order was supposed to be ready at a certain time. We arrived 5 minutes after that and our order was still not ready. Apparently they had never printed the ticket so they didn't get our order or get started on it until we arrived. Then, as we were leaving I made sure to check my order to make sure all was there and they forgot to put the dessert in there so I had to let me know about that - it was sitting on the counter. The restaurant hardly had anyone in there so not sure how all the mishaps happened.

The young girl wasn’t wearing an apron. The other girl didn’t have a name on her name tag. The older man in the kitchen wasn’t nice. The floor wasn’t clean.

I ordered iced seasonal cookies but received heart shaped jam cookies, which have nearly zero detectable jam fruit flavor and no tartness.

The Chicken LaMad recipe must have changed? The presentation and appearance of the chicken and green beans was disgusting. The beans look like they came from a frozen bag and the chicken looks like some type of “meat” but definitely not appetizing. The pesto pasta couldn’t have been more bland and boring, not to mention the portions have become what one might expect on a kids menu. Good luck with this new approach to classic french bistro cooking….you’re gonna need it.

I just needed to pick up a fruit tart and unfortunately they didn't have a separate line for to go orders. So I had to wait in line with about a dozen people ordering dine in. Not Happy At All

Flying bugs in the display case around the pastries !! Bad bad bad!! Afraid to get one out of there. Glad they grabbed it off the fresh tray
