My salad was good but not as tasty as it normally is.

We often come for breakfast pastries and coffee. This time me the blueberry muffins were not as good as usual (less sweet). The coffee was good and hot.

Food and drink in a nice environment were great

Highly satisfied would mean that I had friendly service. I felt rushed because she was rushing. Maybe short staff we didn’t make small talk. I’m satisfied to come back.

Coffee was not hot. Asked for a microwave to heat it and was told they do not have one. Any breakfast establishment should have fresh and hot coffee.

The restaurant was very cold. No ice in the machine for a long while.

My food was $14.35 and it was not worth the price because they barely put anything on my plate, I still ate it without complaining but who ever is making the plate of food as well as the server they need to realize that 1 the presentation is a must and 2 that customers are paying to eat food NOT THE PLATE lol

I love your cafe lattes. I was not happy to return from vacation and your espresso machine was broken again after you just got a new machine.

The app system has changed and not practical to me

The food was fine. The person who took my order and served me was fine. However, the area around the beverage station was VERY smelly. This affected my overall experience. This gave me the worry that the place was very dirty.
