My grilled cheese wasn't extra toasty, as I'd asked for in Order Notes. They really need to read those comments better. I also had to return inside cafe for utensils--why aren't those standard?

Would be cool if I could get a time estimate on food from kitchen during lunch rush hour.

Didn't like potato cake or (gelet) didn't like and was hard

Prices went up again, and the amount of food is smaller everytime I come in

The cozy feel we became we accustomed to is replaced by what feels like an ex-Panera VP made it his job to make the environs less warm, less comfortable. Love the people. Charles is still there keeping things moving. The bacon is still perfectly crispy.

There was a cockroach in the dinning area.

I requested one pastry, received two only because the waitress misunderstood me. My fault for not checking.

The environment was quiet but the cafe itself looked very dead. Maybe add some aesthetic to the cafe to brighten it up :)

The food is always very good. Things are changing and this restaurant is up for a remodel. So it wasn't like it's always been. The remodel will be nice, but the ordering process has changed and the food portions are getting smaller. The commodity charge was not added this time???
