I always enjoy my experience at La Madeleine. The food tastes good. The employees were great and everything was good.

From the moment I walk into this store I am greeted by a happy and congenial staff who exude a feeling that they are happy to be there and are anxious for me to have a positive dining or takeout experience.

Everytime I come into a la Madaline I feel so at home and the food is always so delicious. I always come here for a birthday and customer service is always friendly.

We have dined at this LaMad for many years. The staff has generally been polite and attentive. This was a take-out order of just a baguette, which we like very much. I will say that we've attended much less frequently in the last couple of years. The change to the ordering process and the accompanying remodel are not to our liking. But more than that we have detected a decrease in the quality of the food since the pandemic. We will continue to frequent this LaMad but less frequently than in the past.
